The Social Services Department at both the Watsontown and Milton facilities is available at any time to help residents and their families maintain or improve their mental, spiritual, and psychosocial well-being. The department also coordinates comprehensive discharge plans with families for residents returning to home or a lesser level of care. The social services staff also works very closely with the consulting psychologist and psychiatrist to achieve the highest quality of life for each resident.
