Dear Family Member or Responsible Party,

Our Goal is to provide quality health care for your loved one. Due to the rising cost in providing medical care, we have found it necessary to increase our room and board rate effective April 1, 2008.

Room Rates:

Semi-Private Room----------------- $200.00 per day
Private Room-------------------------- $220 per day
Four Bed Room------------------------$190 per day

Services covered in this rate are: room, meals, including special diets, nursing services, housekeeping, activities, social service, and the use of durable medical equipment such as walkers and wheelchairs.
